Hello, welcome to my page.

Paula Hamby has been in the real estate industry since 1994. She began processing title, escrow documents and closing loans for real estate attorneys and title companies. She became a mortgage loan processor in 2013 and has experience with many types of mortgage programs as well as appraisal review. Paula was hired by Sauk Mortgage Group in 2020 as a Marketing Assistant/Processor.

Our Loan Process

1: Pre-Approval

A loan pre-approval sets you up for a smooth home buying experience.

2: Shop

Start working with a real estate agent and viewing homes.

3: Loan Application

A few documents are needed to get a loan file through underwriting.

4: Loan Processing

Assemble all the necessary paperwork and details for the underwriter.

5: Underwriting

They closely evaluate all the documentation in the loan package.

6: Closing

Documents are drawn and sent to the title company for closing.
