Hello, welcome to my page.

Laura has worked in the Real Estate industry since 1998. She has worked as a processor in the title industry as well as Closing Manager. In 2012, she began working as Joe Sauk’s assistant at what was then The Arlington Bank. She came with Joe to start Sauk Mortgage Group in 2019. She currently serves as Joe’s Assistant and Loan Processor.

Our Loan Process

1: Pre-Approval

A loan pre-approval sets you up for a smooth home buying experience.

2: Shop

Start working with a real estate agent and viewing homes.

3: Loan Application

A few documents are needed to get a loan file through underwriting.

4: Loan Processing

Assemble all the necessary paperwork and details for the underwriter.

5: Underwriting

They closely evaluate all the documentation in the loan package.

6: Closing

Documents are drawn and sent to the title company for closing.
